The search forms pass the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that powers the sponsored results. We do not keep a separate copy of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to reply.

Our hosting systems record common server-log data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to keep the site available and understand which pages are useful. The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Because the site does not offer user accounts, there is no site password or personal profile for us to maintain.

Because we hold very little, most requests are narrow: we can search our contact mailbox and server logs and remove what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Agoura Hills, Los Angeles County, California agencies, or courts are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian office.
